Nachweisliche Fähigkeiten im Projektmanagement zur Organisation und Durchführung von digitalen Events. Ausgeprägtes Organisationstalent für die präzise Planung und Koordination von Abläufen. Exzellente Kommunikationsfähigkeit, um effektiv mit internen und externen Partnern zu interagieren. Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office 365 Anwendungen (z.B. PowerPoint, Excel, Word). Fähigkeit zur kreativen Content-Erstellung für ansprechende digitale Formate. Ausgeprägte Kreativität zur Entwicklung innovativer Eventkonzepte und -ideen. Praktische Erfahrung mit Streaming-Technologien und -Plattformen. Vertrautheit mit Adobe Tools für die Bearbeitung von Medieninhalten. Grundlegendes Verständnis oder Interesse an AI Video-Technologien. Kenntnisse im Umgang mit virtuellen Event-Plattformen Erste Erfahrungen im Streaming und/oder der Videoproduktion Vertrautheit mit Tools der Adobe Creative Suite (z.B.
