About this role
Als Energy Engineer übernimmst Du eine zentrale Rolle bei der Entwicklung und Umsetzung energiebezogener Projekte: Konzeption, Bewertung und Optimierung von Energie- und Infrastrukturprojekten Planung und Rollout von Lösungen im Bereich Renewable Energy und Energiespeicher Steuerung und Koordination interner Partner sowie externer Dienstleister Technische Bewertung von Innovationen und neuen Technologien Sicherstellung von Qualität, Effizienz und Termintreue in komplexen Projekten Enge Zusammenarbeit mit angrenzenden Fachbereichen und Partnern im Konzernumfeld Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in RLT-Systemen, Energieversorgung oder Rechenzentrums-/Netzwerkinfrastruktur sowie in Planung, Implementierung und Rollout energieeffizienter technischer Lösungen Fortgeschrittene Kenntnisse in TGA, insbesondere Klima-/Kälteversorgung, Lüftungssystemen, Pumpen-/MSR-Technik und gesicherter Energieversorgung (GEV) Kenntnisse in der Integration von RLT-Systemen mit digitalen Managementsystemen (Data Center Infrastructure Management, Energiemonitoring, IoT) sowie IT-Digitalisierungstools Erfahrung in der Spezifikation energietechnischer Konzepte und sehr gute Markt-/Technologiekenntnisse Gute Kenntnisse im Projektmanagement, Dienstleistersteuerung und technischer Bauherrenvertretung Analytisches, lösungsorientiertes und konzeptionelles Denken mit starker Ergebnisorientierung Kommunikationsstärke und Verhandlungsgeschick gegenüber internen und externen Partnern
