About this role

Main responsabilities: Analyze and document customer business processes, identifying opportunities for digitalization and automation Design end-to-end IT solutions that address business requirements while considering technical feasibility, scalability, and integration with existing systems Drive the architecture and implementation of data integration solutions across multiple platforms and systems Provide strategic consulting on process optimization, automation strategies, and data platform selection and integration Coordinate and steer technical teams through solution development, ensuring alignment between business goals and technical execution Facilitate requirements workshops with stakeholders and translate business needs into technical specifications Act as a trusted advisor to internal customers, guiding them through digital transformation initiatives Desired profile: University degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Informatics, or comparable qualification 5+ years of professional experience in IT consulting, solution architecture, or process digitalization Fluent in English and German (written and spoken) Proven track record of designing and implementing IT solutions that combine multiple data platforms and systems Strong understanding of modern data architectures, integration patterns, and automation technologies Experience in leading or coordinating technical teams in agile project environments Strong stakeholder management skills and ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences Bonuses: Python knowledge (OOP, design patterns)  Experience with enterprise data platforms (e.g., GCP, Palantir Foundry, Snowflake, Databricks, or similar) Background in data science, machine learning, or advanced analytics projects Knowledge of modern development methodologies and DevOps practices Experience working in international, distributed teams Benefits: Motivational financial package Meal tickets Medical insurance Opportunities to grow and develop in a start-up environment Dynamic and multicultural working environment Great training opportunities DTSE-RO is committed to the principle of equal employment opportunity for all employees and to providing employees with a work environment free of discrimination and harassment.
