Fachbereich
Der Bereich Baumanagement ist für die Instandsetzung und Sanierung der Immobilien im Portfolio der Deutschen Telekom AG zuständig.
Aufgaben
Als Baumanager planen und steuern Sie die Umsetzung von komplexen Bauprojekten inkl. Planung, Ausschreibung, Vergabe und Abrechnung. Sie übernehmen Bauherrenaufgaben und erstellen Unterlagen für die Umsetzung von Maßnahmen (TGA, Brandschutz, etc.).
- Sie führen die Analyse und Bewertung durch von neuen Bauprojekten, vorhandenen Baustrukturen und Instandhaltungsmaßnahmen, alternativ Tiefbaumaßnahmen und erstellen oder prüfen Kostenschätzungsrechnungen
- Sie erstellen Konzepte für Bestandsoptimierungen
- Sie übernehmen die Koordination der Generalunternehmer, Generalplaner, Fachingenieure und Behörden sowie die Kosten-, Termin- und Qualitätskontrollen und das Eskalationsmanagement
- Sie erarbeiten Rahmenvorgaben und Richtlinien für Neu- und Umbauten von Gebäuden und Flächen im Fachgebiet
Profil
Sie verfügen über ein Studium (Architektur oder Bauingenieurwesen) oder eine abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung in Verbindung mit mehrjähriger Berufserfahrung im Bauen mit Bestand.
Des Weiteren zeichnen Sie sich durch detaillierte unternehmensspezifische Kenntnisse oder besondere Spezialkenntnisse sowie Fähigkeiten aus:
- Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Umsetzung verschiedener Bauprojekte
- Experten Kenntnisse im Projektmanagement, Bauleitung, Bauabnahmen
- Herausragende Kenntnisse im Baurecht und in der Auftragsabwicklung
- Analytisches Denkvermögen und Problemlösungsfähigkeit
- Kommunikationsfähigkeit und Verhandlungsgeschick
- Vertiefte Kenntnisse im Bereich der Kostengruppe 400
