To strengthen the Global Public Affairs DHL Group department, the Brussels office is looking for an intern (m/f/d) from 01.09 to 31.12.2026
Your tasks
You will support the Public Affairs team in Deutsche Post DHL's Brussels office in analyzing European legislative initiatives and positioning the company in the European political landscape.
Assess the impact of European legislative initiatives on DHL Group
Communicating with European, national and third-party organizations as well as specific industry associations of which Deutsche Post DHL is a member.
Preparation of position papers on European initiatives affecting Deutsche Post DHL.
Your qualifications
Compulsory internship/voluntary internship in a Bachelor's degree program, gap year or current Master's degree program in political science/management or a comparable degree program (enrollment required) with above-average performance results
Excellent knowledge of English and another EU language is an advantage
Very good written communication skills and the ability to translate policy concepts into real results for Deutsche Post DHL
Good knowledge of MS Office, PowerPoint, Microsoft Teams
You enjoy dealing with different topics and do not hesitate to familiarize yourself with unfamiliar issues.
You show initiative and can take on responsibility
