Your key responsibilities

• Scrum Master Duties:
  • Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
  • Ensure the team follows Agile practices and principles.
  • Remove impediments and shield the team from external distractions.
  • Foster a collaborative and productive team environment.
• Quality Assurance (QA):
  • Understand and analyse requirements to create detailed test scenarios.
  • Execute test cases and help in regression testing.
  • Identify, document, and track bugs.
• Business Analysis (BA):
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and understand requirements.
  • Translate business needs into technical requirements and user stories.
  • Assist in creating and maintaining product backlogs.
• DevOps and Release Management:
  • Contribute to environment stability and manage change requests.
  • Assist in release planning and execution.
  • Ensure smooth deployment and integration of new releases.
• Team Collaboration:
  • Promote open communication and transparency within the team.
  • Encourage team members to share knowledge and support each other.
  • Facilitate effective collaboration between cross-functional teams.
  • Act as a liaison between the development team and other stakeholders.
  • Support team members in their professional growth and development.

Your skills and experience

• Experience:
  • 4-8 years of relevant experience in QA, BA, and DevOps roles.
• Quality Assurance (QA):
  • Strong experience in QA, including creating test scenarios and executing test cases.
  • Ability to identify, document, and track bugs effectively.
• Business Analysis (BA):
  • Proven ability to perform BA tasks, including requirement gathering and documentation.
  • Experience in translating business needs into technical requirements and user stories.
• Scrum Master:
  • Proven experience as a Scrum Master.
  • Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and Scrum framework.
• Technical Skills:
  • Proficiency in SQL queries to query data.
  • Experience with Python/Java scripting/Java and Cucumber framework/Selenium.
• DevOps:
  • Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools.
• General:
  • Excellent logical and analytical skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Ability to quickly understand and build end-to-end system knowledge.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
