Oversees contract management, GDPR adherence, and company policy compliance. Acts as point of contact for governance and ensures business operations align with legal and regulatory standards.

Responsibilities

• Handles local contract controlling : administers local contracts in the Company local tool; ensures compliance of contract template with Company and Group standards; Ensures & supports the contract workflow to reach final contract format and signature

• Is the Data Protection Liaison: Acts as liaison between the Group Data Protection Officer, the Company Data Protection Officer and the local Data Protection Consultant; handles GDPR local implementation and ensures local contract comply with GDPR requirements

• Acts as Compliance point of contact: between the Company and the Group Compliance Manager; checks reported OBI’s ( Originator to Beneficiary Information ) vs. local contracts; ensures compliance of Company with training completion and attestation; offers general guidance on compliance Company polices; is the point of contact for Anti-Fraud and Compliance testing.

Skills

• Relevant experience and knowledge of contract administration, GDPR, Audit & Governance.

• Experience in defining internal controls based on industry best practices

• Previous experience in Risk Assessment/Technology and Operations Audit/control functions.

• Ability to evaluate and analyze process-related issues and to remediate and optimize process outcomes.

• Ability to work in virtual, matrix-organized teams and good understanding of timely escalation, process change impact, remediation, and lessons learned to help reduce losses
