Your area of work
The area Client Services is responsible for the complete client lifecycle (onboarding and maintenance as well as account management) across all trading and clearing markets. Project Managers within the team Client & ISV Readiness Trading are responsible for the successful roll out of Eurex Trading projects and initiatives, coordinating internal teams and obtaining readiness of Trading members and Independent Software Vendors (ISVs). To achieve this, they must manage operational, technical and functional impacts across internal stakeholders and our members. As a working student (f/m/d) you will support the team in the Client Services department significantly.
Your responsibilities:
- You will support the Client & ISV Readiness Trading team with the onboarding and management of Trading projects
- Your tasks will include regularly updating the initiatives website in consultation with the experts and updating team processes
- You will help with the creation of customer-oriented presentations
- You will gain interesting insights into a variety of Trading projects and hence will support the team in various tasks e.g. setting up meetings, organizing calls etc.
- You will analyze and evaluate data to improve our customer understanding and contribute to the improvement of project processes
- You will collaborate with many of the functional and technical teams within the Deutsche Boerse Group
Your profile:
- You are enrolled during the entire period of activity at a state-recognized university as a regular student (preferably in the field of informatics, engineering, mathematics, physics, economics, business studies, humanities or other relevant fields) and have completed at least 2 semesters
- You are fascinated by Finance and Capital Markets
- Thanks to your cooperative nature, you quickly find your way around a team
- You can work remotely and liaise with multiple contacts and team members
- You have flawless writing, editing, and proofreading skills
- You have experience in creating Power Point slides and can quickly familiarize yourself with new topics
- You are advanced in speaking and writing in English
