About this role

Field of Activity

Clearstream as premier provider of settlement services ensures that securities are accurately processed between parties after trading. As back-office member you will be responsible for settlement of transactions in the international securities, as well as domestic securities which are deposited in Clearstream’s global network. Your main tasks will be the monitoring and follow up of customer instructions till final settlement as well as the handling of settlement-related queries from internal and external parties.

 

 

Main Tasks & Responsibilities

 

    • Monitoring and follow up of internal, domestic and Bridge settlement transactions (free and against payment),
    • Acting as key point of contact for internal and external parties with reference to settlement related queries,
  • Preparation of the data for statistics,
  • Update of the internal documents.
     

Qualification & Skills

 

  • Studying at university or training as a bank officer, - team player, good analytical skills, accuracy,
  • Good command of written and spoken English,
  • Proficiency in relevant computer applications such as MS Office.
     

Working Hours

 

  • 20 hours a week
  • Working hours between 8:00 - 18:00
  • No work on the weekend
