We're looking for an experienced Transfer Agent Business Analyst to join our dynamic team. In this role, you'll bridge the gap between Transfer Agent business needs and technical solutions, focusing on fund services, particularly in TA or Distribution platforms

 

Your responsibilities:

  • Drive requirement gathering and analysis through stakeholder collaboration
  • Transform complex business needs into clear technical specifications
  • Create and manage user stories, process flows, and prototypes
  • Lead Agile ceremonies and foster continuous improvement
  • Work closely with product owners to maximise business value
  • Ensure seamless communication between technical and business teams
  • Participate in solution design and testing of new functionalities
  • Monitor and control changes associated with the project, including reporting
  • Analyze and test new connectivity solutions, including SWIFT and SFTP
  • Provide functional expertise on TA applications (Multi-funds TA and related systems)
  • Organize and deliver documentation to support process evolution and production rollout
  • Support business and onboarding activities, including training sessions for stakeholders

 

Your profile:

  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Finance, Management, Engineering, or related field
  • 3-5 years of business analysis experience in the fund distribution industry
  • Solid knowledge of TA activities and Fund Distribution
  • Operational expertise in TA and related business analysis
  • Good knowledge of alternative funds (REPE, Hedge...) is a strong advantage
  • Good understanding of Agile methodologies
  • Project management skills
  • Ability to organize and deliver training and documentation
  • Process flow analysis and data modelling capabilities
  • Basic programming knowledge (e.g., JavaScript)
  • Proficiency in creating technical documentation
  • Connectivity: Swift,SFTP,FIX ,NSCC
  • Excellent communication skills in both English and French
