About this role

Your area of work:

Working within CFS Product Management you will be responsible for identifying and understanding both the internal and external needs of the business, identifying appropriate solutions whilst at the same time managing the process right through and ensuring successful execution. 

Your responsibilities:

  • End-to-end product lifecycle management: From ideation, development, launch, and ongoing optimization.
  • Strategic product positioning and messaging: Owning the narrative, competitive differentiation, and client benefits.
  • Research and analytics: Integrated view of market trends, competitive intelligence, and actionable recommendations.
  • Lead the maintenance of the multi-year ETF product strategy plan, including product roadmap and P&L.
  • Work closely with Sales, Relationship Management, Asset Managers, Transfer Agents, Authorised Participants, and brokers to identify, assess, propose, and execute potential revenue-generating opportunities in the ETF space.
  • Partner with operations and client service teams to identify, assess, propose, and execute operational process improvements and revenue-generating opportunities.
  • Analyze and determine appropriate technical and non-technical solutions to both internal and external customers.
  • Collaborate with IT to facilitate technical ETF product deliverables efficiently 

Your Profile:

  • Degree in Finance, Economics, or related field
  • 1-2 years of proven expertise in ETFs, including product development, market structure, and distribution.
  • Experience working with Asset Managers, Transfer Agents, Authorised Participants, and brokers.
  • Strong understanding of the regulatory and business environment for ETFs.
  • A natural drive to take the initiative in order to “get things done”
  • Flexible team player in an international environment
  • Willingness and flexibility to travel.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Excellent analytical skills, numeracy literate and self organized
  • Fluent in both written and spoken English.
