About this role

Your area of work

The Corporate Governance Post-Trading section is responsible for the management of board and committee meetings and organizes corporate governance processes within Deutsche Börse Group. In your new position as a Corporate Governance Intern, you will have the unique opportunity to be part of a unit operating at the heart of a complex and vibrant business and gain an understanding of the relationships between Clearstream's management, boards, and its shareholders.


Your responsibilities

  • Independently support the organization and documentation of board and committee meetings
  • Support the team on procedures, processes, and corporate governance topics such as the implementation of new rules and regulations
  • Communicate and interface with different internal departments
  • Independently support the team on ongoing corporate governance projects

 

Your profile

  • You are enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree programme with a recognized institution and can provide an internship agreement, OR have graduated within the past 6 months with a Bachelor's degree or similar
  • Interest in Corporate Governance matters, with a basic understanding of Risk Management principles and regulatory trends in financial sector
  • Precise and structured working style
  • Interest in working in a diverse team
  • Able to work in a project mode and think creatively 
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Fluency in written and oral English is mandatory; French and German skills are an asset.
