About this role

As an office work and operations technician, you provide administrative and operational support to the organization. You strive to maximize operational profitability and productivity by adapting procedures and equipment. You may be responsible for one or more sub-specialties, such as data entry, data processing and verification of database data integrity. You provide discipline-specific technical support and help your unit carry out its activities, initiatives and processes in accordance with established policies and procedures. You support your unit’s more experienced employees and assist with technical work and analysis involving processes, information management and data processing. The ability to tailor your approach as needed and make sound. More specifically, you will be required to:

  • Provide technical support for projects and operational issues

  • Assist with studies, research and analysis

  • Help roll out and maintain software and manual and automated processes. Train users

  • Help prepare technical notes to enhance the skills and knowledge of users and their teams. Help practitioners follow procedures and use your unit’s tools and systems

What you bring to the table

  • General college diploma in a related field

  • A minimum of one year of relevant experience

  • Please note that other combinations of qualifications and relevant experience may be considered

  • Knowledge of French is required
