As a Corporate Underwriting Advisor within the Corporate Underwriting, Evolution & Solutions team in the Commercial Lines Insurance sector, you will play a key role in the development, refinement, and deployment of our insurance products. You will help enhance the organization’s agility by contributing to the design, go‑to‑market execution, and continuous improvement of our products, rules, tools, and underwriting solutions used nationwide. More specifically, you will be required to :
Participate in the development and launch of new insurance products for businesses, working in collaboration with various internal stakeholders.
Design, develop, and maintain underwriting rules.
Contribute to the ongoing evolution of products by integrating feedback from users and partners.
Draft and update insurance wordings, including coverages and endorsements.
Collaborate on strategic corporate initiatives related to profitable growth, portfolio management, and underwriting process improvement.
Support the coherent and optimal implementation of products, rules, tools, and underwriting solutions across teams and platforms.

What you bring to the table
Bachelor’s degree in a related field
A minimum of six years of relevant experience in P&C
Please note that other combinations of qualifications and relevant experience may be considered
CIP Designation or enrolled
Knowledge of French is required for positions in Quebec
Advanced proficiency of English due to the nature of the duties or work tools or because the position involves interactions with English-speaking partners, members and/or clients
Advanced understanding of industry guidelines regarding coverage and underwriting segmentation
