ABOUT YOU


As an Account Manager you are a detail-oriented, hands-on marketer with a strong interest in mobile app acquisition and growth. You are comfortable owning execution, managing day-to-day performance, and communicating directly with clients and partners. You thrive in fast-paced environments, are eager to learn new channels, and take pride in delivering high-quality work that drives measurable results.

You enjoy being close to the work, solving problems in-platform, and building the foundational skills needed to grow into a Senior Account Manager role.


Job Responsibilities



  • Execute and optimize mobile app acquisition campaigns across Apple Search Ads and mobile ad networks for enterprise level clients.

  • Assist as a mobile activation point of contact for assigned clients, responding to emails and participating in weekly status calls.

  • Manage budgets, pacing, and daily performance across assigned app install campaigns.

  • Support channel expansion initiatives by assisting with strategy development and execution.

  • Build campaign structures, tracking links, benchmarks, and pacing plans.

  • Monitor performance metrics, identify irregularities, and surface optimization recommendations to internal teams and clients.

  • Troubleshoot attribution and tracking issues across MMPs (Mobile Measurement Partners) and advertising platforms, ensuring data accuracy and proper setup.

  • Execute testing initiatives across creatives, audiences, placements, and platforms.

  • Maintain strong QA standards to ensure campaigns are launched and optimized error-free.

  • Collaborate closely with internal teams, vendors, and platform partners to meet client goals.


Qualifications



  • 2+ years of digital marketing experience, with at least 1 year in a client-facing role.

  • Hands-on experience with Apple Search Ads, Google UAC, Google Search, Applovin or similar mobile acquisition channels.

  • Familiarity with mobile measurement partners (MMPs) and mobile attribution concepts.

  • Strong understanding of mobile KPIs and app install media buying tactics.

  • Highly detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable managing multiple priorities.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Clear and confident written and verbal communication skills.

  • Self-starter mentality with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.

  • Tech-savvy and quick to learn new tools, platforms, and technologies.

  • Curiosity and eagerness to learn new channels and mobile acquisition strategies.

  • Hands-on, roll-up-your-sleeves mindset with strong ownership of execution.

  • Comfort working with third-party tracking platforms (e.g., AppsFlyer, Adjust, Kochava).

  • Entrepreneurial attitude and proactive approach to problem-solving.

  • Passion for mobile marketing and continuous improvement.

  • Willing to train/develop a mobile app acquisition paid media skill set for the right candidate showcasing a strong knowledge of paid digital marketing with hands on experience in other verticals such as B2C, ecommerce, B2B

Salary is based on a range of factors that include relevant experience, expertise, physical location, and organizational impact. This is based on a 40-hour workweek and leveling. Keep in mind, we're flexible.
