Marketing and Campaign Coordinator – NSW Trustee and Guardian

  • Ongoing full-time vacancy. 35 hours per week.
  • Location: This role is based in Sydney (Wynyard) 3 days per week and 2 days working from home.
  • Clerk Grade: Level 5/6. Base salary $99,938 p.a. to $110,271 p.a. plus 12% superannuation and annual leave loading.

About the team 
The Customer Experience division provides a wide range of specialist support across NSW Trustee and Guardian including disability advocacy, customer voice and insights, marketing, brand, media, community education, communications, and aboriginal advocacy.

 

About the role
The role is responsible for supporting the team to develop and deliver engaging integrated marketing campaign and communications initiatives that increase brand awareness and consideration for NSW Trustee and Guardian’s products and services. 

 

The role works closely with team members across the Customer Experience division and NSW Trustee and Guardian, to assist in delivering specialist marketing support and campaign activities that improve customer experience outcomes and drive NSW Trustee and Guardian’s brand awareness.

 

In this role, you will:

  • Assist in developing and delivering engaging integrated marketing and communications campaigns that drive improved brand awareness and consideration for products and services, with particular focus on Wills and Estate planning services. This includes campaign execution across multiple paid, owned and earned channels, and supporting printed collateral and event resources.
  • Manage briefings to external agencies and our in-house graphic designer
  • Execute simple overflow projects, amending templates for publication and printing.
  • Assist in developing proactive marketing and campaign content for application across multiple channels, including website and social media, to drive NSW Trustee and Guardian’s brand awareness.
  • Support and manage a range of marketing projects that are aligned to organisational objectives, ensuring that they are consistent with NSW Trustee and Guardian’s purpose and values.
  • Monitor, analyse and report on marketing and campaign activity effectiveness against agreed effectiveness measures and outcomes, assisting in identifying opportunities for continuous improvement.
  • Provide timely marketing support to relevant stakeholders regarding projects, campaigns and initiatives.
  • Apply best practice industry methodologies standards and guidelines to ensure delivery of quality outcomes within established timeframes and project plans.

About you

  • You are passionate about helping to create campaigns that have the potential to connect, engage and inspire people to think differently and take action.
  • You enjoy working collaboratively. You can build relationships with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders, and you have strong rapport with your colleagues and community, at all levels.  
  • You are a good communicator, helping others understand customer perspectives, issues and opportunities.
  • You may have some communications and media liaison experience.  
  • You are results driven. You can work independently and are self-motivated.
  • You can manage competing priorities whilst staying focussed on achieving our goals.
  • You support and deliver continuous improvement.

Essential requirements  

  • Tertiary qualifications and/or equivalent knowledge, skills and experience in a relevant discipline or industry within services sector, professional and or community focussed areas across a diverse range of customer groups.
