Salary: Clerk Grade 9/10 ($129,464 – $142,665), plus employer’s contribution to superannuation and annual leave loading
Your role
The Strategy, Innovation and Sustainability team within Infrastructure and Assets is responsible for building organisational capability and maturity across key functional areas, including infrastructure planning, asset management, sustainability and the transition to net zero, climate risk management, and security.
This is a unique opportunity for a Manager to join this multi-disciplinary team and manage the planning and execution of key strategic projects and initiatives. You’ll join a diverse and inclusive team with a flexible and agile working culture, with significant opportunities to learn and grow.
What you’ll do
The team operates in a matrix model with opportunities to contribute across a broad range of functional areas. The key types of projects and initiatives the Manager will deliver include:
Initially, this role will lead and support security related projects and initiatives, including research papers, enterprise strategy and asset effectiveness assessments, to improve security outcomes for DCJ.
What we’re looking for
We’re looking for someone who can work independently to deliver complex projects and initiatives, build strong relationships with a wide range of stakeholders, and explain technical information in a way that’s clear and easy to understand. This role is an opportunity to make a real impact by delivering projects that support priority government outcomes.
Experience in delivering security related strategies and/or policy development as well as a strong understanding of protective security frameworks – will be highly valued.
