  • Based on the assigned district market situation and analysis, work with the RSM to set tactics to achieve sales target and drive business growth. 基于所负责地区的市场情况及分析,和大区销售经理共同制定适合该地区的战术及行动计划并完成销售目标,推动业务成长。
  • Commit to and achieve company sales objectives and growth targets. Plan and manage the travel expenses. 承担并完成根据公司财务目标所制定下来之销售指标、增长目标。计划并管理好团队的差旅费用。
  • Provide regular feedback to marketing team and management team on new customers, business situation, market trends and competitors’ strategies. 定时反馈有关新客户, 业务情况, 市场走势及竞争对手策略和战术等信息给市场部及管理团队。
  • Plan and execute clinical education activities with marketing team to drive the business growth in the territory and promote new products. 和市场团队一起计划并执行临床教育活动来推动业务成长,并推广新产品。
  • Responsible for sales management in the district, monitoring cross-territorial sales, and helping dealers develop new clients. 负责管辖地区销售,防止代理商串货,协助代理商开发新的客户。
  • Responsible for guiding front line sales in the district, provide coaching and feedback to them and help improve their competency. 负责指导区域内的一线销售,给予他们辅导及反馈,并帮助团队提升能力。
