【Job Description】
■Position Title
Manufacturing Division Digital Dental Solutions Center Tokyo Finishing Team Dental Technician
■Job Responsibilities
You will be responsible for tasks in various manufacturing processes for digital implant-related products (prosthetics, surgical guides, etc.)
at DDSC-T (Tokyo Manufacturing Plant), as well as providing technical support to customers via telephone regarding these products.
Specifically:
1. Order processing
2. Scanning plaster models using 3D scanners
3. Designing implant bridge frames, surgical guides, etc., using CAD
4. Operating milling machines for custom abutments and implant bridge frame manufacturing
5. Operating 3D printers and cleaning surgical guides, etc.
6. Adjusting surgical guides (fitting guides to models)
7. Finishing polish of implant bridge frames
8. Inspection of custom abutments, implant bridge frames, and surgical guides
9. Handling customer inquiries regarding products
Assigned to the <Finishing Team>
Main role involves processes listed in 6, 7, and 8: performing shape adjustments, polishing, and pre-shipment inspections on products
manufactured via milling or stereolithography.
While separate teams handle processes 1-5 and 9, you will provide support as needed as part of teamwork.
■Qualifications
<Required>
Dental Technician license
Teamwork and communication skills
<Preferred>
3+ years of work experience as a dental technician
• Knowledge or experience in CAD/CAM-based prosthesis design and manufacturing
• Knowledge or experience in prosthesis machining using engines
• Experience with basic PC operations
• Experience in customer-facing roles such as customer support or sales
• Comfortable with customer-facing duties
• Intermediate English (reading and writing proficiency acceptable)

- カスタムアバットメント、インプラントブリッジフレーム製造用ミリング装置の操作
- 3Dプリンターのオペレーション及びサージカルガイド等の洗浄
- サージカルガイドの調整（模型に対するガイドのフィット調整）
- インプラントブリッジフレームの仕上げ研磨
- カスタムアバットメント、インプラントブリッジフレーム、サージカルガイドの検査
- 製品に関するお客様からの問い合わせ対応
＜フィニッシングチーム＞に配属
メインの役割は、6,7,8にある、ミリング加工もしくは光造形機で製造された製品の形態調整や研磨、出荷前検査を行うプロセス
その他のプロセス１～5および９に関しては別途担当チームがありますが、チームワークの一環として状況に応じてサポートをして頂きます。
■応募資格
<必須>
- 歯科技工士資格
- 協調性およびコミュニケーション能力
<歓迎>
- 技工士として3年以上の就業経験
- CAD/CAMでの技工物設計および製造の知識や経験
- エンジンを用いた技工物の加工の知識や経験
- 簡単なPC操作の経験
- カスタマーサポートや営業経験などの顧客対応業務経験
- 顧客対応業務に抵抗の無い方
- 中級英語（読み書き出来れば可）
