As our organization continues to evolve and we further strengthen our commercial presence across the region CEE South, we are now looking to appoint a new leader who will drive the next phase of our regional growth. This role represents an exciting opportunity to take over a well‑established area of responsibility and shape its future development.
 

Commercial Leader (m/f/d)

Region: Croatia, Slovenia, Bosnia & Herzegovina, Serbia, North Macedonia, Albania, Kosovo

 

Your Role

  • Lead and inspire the regional sales organization, ensuring strong commercial execution and customer excellence.
  • Drive growth and profitability across the region, fully owning the P&L and delivering the Annual Commercial Plan.
  • Align regional strategies with SBUs, coordinate pricing and commercial initiatives, and ensure strong execution in all markets.
  • Develop sales and marketing capabilities, promote best practices, and continuously improve performance.
  • Manage shared services efficiently and ensure compliance with internal policies and regulations.
  • Build strong relationships with key customers, partners, and internal stakeholders.

Your Profile

  • Proven senior-level experience in sales, commercial management, or business leadership, ideally in a multinational environment.
  • Strong commercial and financial acumen, including P&L responsibility.
  • Strategic mindset with entrepreneurial drive and ability to identify new growth opportunities.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and influencing skills; culturally aware and comfortable in a matrix environment.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities with a hands-on, results-oriented approach.
  • Fluent in English and Croatian and /or Serbian; additional regional languages are a plus.
  • Willingness to travel across the region (up to 50%).
