Overview

Lake Minnetonka Dental is growing! We are looking to hire a part-time, Dental Hygienist, for our office located in Wayzata, MN 55391. Join our amazing team of dental professionals where majority of the hygienists have been with the practice for several years and the Office Manager is also a hygienist, so additional support is always available!

 

Position Overview:

This role focuses on delivering high- quality dental care through comprehensive oral health services and patient education. Your expertise will contribute to our mission of delivering top-tier oral health care, enhancing patients' quality of life, and building lasting relationships within the community. Join our team and make a meaningful impact on patients' lives through exceptional oral care.

 

Hours: We offer flexibility! Work up to 3 days / week.

 

What we offer:

  • Competitive Pay: $50.00-$55.00 per hour, based on experience + bonus potential
  • Sign-On Bonus: up to $10,000

Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

  • Perform routine dental cleanings and oral health Assessments
  • Educate patients on proper oral hygiene and preventative care
  • Assist dentists with exams and treatments, and take dental X-rays
  • Maintain accurate patient records and ensure compliance with industry regulations and adhere to sterilization protocols

Qualifications

Qualifications:

  • Education: Associate or bachelor’s degree in dental Hygiene
  • License: Active state license as a Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH)
  • Certifications: Local anesthesia certification and CPR/First Aid (if applicable)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Detail-oriented with a commitment to patient care and comfort
