Lead, Mentor, and Transform Multi-State Dental Practices
Dental Care Alliance is seeking an exceptional Full Time Dental Director to drive clinical excellence and operational success across our practices in Georgia. This is your opportunity to leverage your business acumen and clinical expertise to make a real impact while maintaining work-life balance.
What You'll Do
- Provide strategic leadership and mentorship to doctor teams
- Drive practice performance through coaching, development, and accountability
- Lead onboarding, training, and career development initiatives
- Partner with operational leaders to strengthen clinical and financial outcomes
- Review KPIs and implement performance improvement strategies
- Ensure compliance standards while fostering a culture of growth and excellence
What We're Looking For
- Licensed dentist with proven practice management experience (P&L ownership, DSO leadership strongly preferred)
- Strong business acumen with ability to analyze metrics and drive results
- Natural mentor who builds positive, productive relationships
- Excellent organizational skills to balance clinical and leadership responsibilities
- Experience collaborating effectively with operations and cross-functional teams
What We Offer
- Base Salary: $150k +
- Performance Bonus: 20-30%
- Schedule: 2 days/week dedicated to DD duties | 1 week/month travel

Qualifications
- DDS/DMD from an accredited Dental School
- Active Dental License in the state of practice
