Job Description:
REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS:
Minimum 3-5 years industrial materials handling. Must have effective verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to read and write English. Must be able to stand for long periods of time. Must have some Voortman experience.

- The Voortman Operator is responsible for operating and maintaining Voortman machinery to cut, burn, and drill structural steel components. This role involves reading engineering drawings, conducting inspections, and collaborating with team members to meet production deadlines.
