Description
We are a leading Ready-Mix Concrete provider, supplying high-quality products to the construction industry. Our operations include batching, logistics, and customer service, supporting projects from residential builds to large-scale infrastructure.
The Sales Representative is responsible for generating new business and maintaining relationships with existing customers to drive sales of ready-mix concrete products. This role involves identifying customer needs, providing product knowledge, preparing quotes, and ensuring timely delivery in coordination with dispatch and operations teams.
· Develop and maintain strong relationships with contractors, builders, and other customers.
· Identify new business opportunities and generate leads within assigned territory.
· Prepare and deliver accurate quotes and proposals for ready-mix concrete products.
· Coordinate with dispatch and plant personnel to ensure timely and efficient deliveries.
· Monitor market trends and competitor activities to adjust sales strategies.
· Resolve customer issues and provide exceptional service to maintain satisfaction.
· Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and forecasts.
· Achieve or exceed monthly and annual sales targets.
