To excel in this role, you will possess a proven track record in operational execution within a fast-paced environment, ideally from professional services or a similar PMO function.
Your approach will be quality-focused, demonstrating exceptional attention to detail and a strong commitment to service excellence. You will have excellent communication skills, proficient in utilising tools such as Excel and PowerPoint for reporting and presentations.
Your ability to build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels, coupled with a proactive, problem-solving mindset and the capacity to manage competing demands, will be crucial.
Success in the Role
You will be expected to effectively execute key quality and risk programme activities, ensuring timely compliance tracking, scheduling, and maintenance of QRM tools and information.
You will successfully deliver critical QRM reporting, including dashboards and KPIs, to Tax leadership, providing insightful analysis of quality and risk data.
Furthermore, you will establish yourself as a primary support contact for client-facing and operational teams on QRM-related matters, actively participating in initiatives to develop and implement enhanced QRM processes and tools.
Your ability to build strong working relationships across the Tax team and contribute to the QRM communications plan will also be a key measure of success.
What type of work will I be doing?
Your role will involve a diverse range of activities, balancing operational delivery with strategic support:
Operations Delivery & Support: Executing core quality and risk programme activities, including compliance tracking, scheduling, maintaining QRM tools, and managing KPIs. You will provide first-line support to various teams for QRM queries and participate in initiatives to develop and implement new processes.
Reporting & Data Analysis: Conducting comprehensive QRM reporting, delivering key dashboards and KPIs to Tax leadership, and maintaining/analysing critical quality and risk data. This includes managing reporting schedules and coordinating inputs from stakeholders.
Learning & Communications: Assisting with the development and execution of the QRM communications plan, maintaining QRM collateral such as training materials and process documentation, and supporting the delivery of training sessions.
Team Collaboration & Capability Building: Engaging with and providing support, training, and coaching to other QRM team members to build collective capability and ensure seamless coverage across various activities.
Where is this role based?
This role is based in Ireland, with the core team located in our Dublin office. We operate a flexible working model, allowing for a blend of office-based collaboration and remote work, designed to support both individual productivity and team cohesion.
