Joining our Finance Consultancy Programme, you will get to collaborate with experienced consultants on a wide variety of assignments and development opportunities. You will become part of the team named Controls Advisory & Internal Audit that sits within the Finance Transformation function of Deloitte. We are an international, multidisciplinary team dealing with a variety of aspects ranging from technology implementations, internal audit and controls to compliance. We support our clients to transform and elevate the ways in which they leverage technology, data, processes, and controls, to address financial, regulatory, operational, and IT risks within their business operations. 

Typical assignments and projects could be within the scope of:

• Implement GRC platforms to manage Risks (e.g. financial, operational, ESG, strategical, reputational risks etc.).
• Advise on ethical applications of data, data governance, AI governance, data culture and data quality to help our clients become data driven and transform their data into business assets of the future.
• Work with the largest SAP organisations by advising, implementing, and supporting before, during and after their S/4 HANA transformation programmes.
• Designing solutions with a focus on functional and technical aspects, including user experiences, while ensuring alignment with Deloitte’s delivery methodologies and assets.
• Advisory, co-sourcing and outsourcing of Internal Audit and Compliance functions to help clients to understand their risk and governance system with the purpose to provide value-added insights and recommendations to manage the business in a responsible manner.
• Use emerging technologies like Generative AI to transform and digitize finance, compliance and risk functions.

In addition to client work, you can contribute to internal business development and leadership support by assisting with client proposals, facilitating events, and creating materials that enhance our market offerings.

We are looking for you, who are passionate about consulting (especially within data and technology) and who are willing to go the extra mile to deliver sustainable impact that truly matters to our clients. You show an eagerness to make a difference for both clients and colleagues and you are able to see the opportunities and potential in all types of assignments. As our business can be highly changeable, it is important that you are curious by nature, and that you face challenges with an open-minded and solution-oriented approach.

You also have:

• A MSc. degree within the fields of statistics, engineering, mathematics, computer science, AI, audit, business administration or similar with a focus on technology, economics, accounting, finance and/or information management.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and troubleshooting skills. 
• A flair for both oral and written communication and are fluent in English.
  (Danish language skills are preferred but not mandatory.)
• Have (or are able to get) a legal working permit in Denmark.

Although relevant job experience might be an advantage, this is not a requirement.

In addition to the above, you also recognize yourself among the following profiles: 

SAP:

• Interest in modern SAP technology and its role in the business landscape.
• Knowledge about identity and access management. User Administration or SAP Basis is a plus.

GRC:

• Great interest in internal controls and enthusiasm about innovative thinking and doing things differently.
• Relevant experience within the area of internal controls, SOX, internal / external audit, finance, or IT controls is a plus.

Internal Audit:

• Ability to analyze data and identify patterns, discrepancies, areas of risk and develop effective controls.
• Relevant experience within the area of internal / external audit is a plus.

Business Analytics:

• Knowledge about data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI (power platform).
• Experience in Excel, Alteryx, KNIME, or other ETL tools.
• Experience in relevant programming languages, such as Python, R and SQL.

AI & Data Science:

• Ability to translate client needs into models and features from structured and unstructured data.
• Fluency in relevant programming languages, such as Python, R and/or SQL.
• Experience working in cloud systems with data and deployment.
