What Will Your Day Look Like?

You’ll partner closely with clients to understand their unique HR and payroll challenges, guiding them toward industry best practice and helping architect tailored Oracle HCM Cloud solutions that deliver measurable results. You’ll lead every stage of the project lifecycle—from discovery and requirements gathering to design, development, testing, and deployment—ensuring high-quality execution throughout. Your day will involve facilitating interactive workshops, providing strategic training, and building trust-based relationships, positioning you as a trusted advisor and change leader. As a senior leader, you’ll manage teams, oversee timelines and resources, and seek continuous improvement and automation opportunities to maximise client value.

About You

• You’re a motivated, innovative professional with a strong background in HR, payroll, or business operations, ideally with hands-on experience in Oracle HCM Cloud or similar systems.
• You bring deep knowledge of core HR functions—recruitment, performance management, payroll, benefits, employee relations, and compliance—and a proven track record of managing or improving HR workflows with a focus on efficiency and strategic impact.
• Your technical expertise spans Oracle’s security model, data structures, Fast Formulas, and BI tools, and you’re proactive in identifying solutions to complex challenges.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills enable you to inspire teams, build trust with clients, and foster a culture of continuous innovation.
