What Will Your Day Look Like?
You’ll partner closely with clients to understand their unique HR and payroll challenges, guiding them toward industry best practice and helping architect tailored Oracle HCM Cloud solutions that deliver measurable results. You’ll lead every stage of the project lifecycle—from discovery and requirements gathering to design, development, testing, and deployment—ensuring high-quality execution throughout. Your day will involve facilitating interactive workshops, providing strategic training, and building trust-based relationships, positioning you as a trusted advisor and change leader. As a senior leader, you’ll manage teams, oversee timelines and resources, and seek continuous improvement and automation opportunities to maximise client value.
