What will your typical day look like?
In this role, your typical day will involve in the implementation of the Coupa platform, providing technical expertise to ensure client requirements are met, and configuring the system to optimize business processes. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver seamless solutions while maintaining strong relationships with clients. You will also tackle complex technical challenges, troubleshooting and resolving issues to ensure smooth system integration and timely project delivery.

Our team is rapidly growing in response to increasing demand for experts who can provide both technical excellence and business insight in the procurement space. Our clients face challenges related to transformation, system optimisation, and evolving procurement strategies. As part of our team, you’ll play a critical role in driving success by delivering top-tier technical solutions while collaborating with strategic teams focused on change management and business transformation.

Enough about us, let’s talk about you. 
To succeed in this role, you will have:

• 2 - 6 years of experience in implementing Coupa solutions, with at least 1 - 4 successful implementations under your belt.
• Deep technical knowledge of Coupa’s core P2P modules (Procurement, Invoicing, Supplier Management, Payments, etc.).
• Proven experience in configuring systems, managing integrations, and troubleshooting complex technical issues.
• Strong ability to collaborate with clients and cross-functional teams, providing support to strategic consultants focused on business solutions, modelling, and change management.
• A track record of delivering quality technical solutions on time and within scope.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to build strong relationships with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong analytical skills, problem-solving capabilities, and a detail-oriented approach to system configuration and technical troubleshooting.
• Passion for learning and staying updated with the latest Coupa features and industry trends.
