Work you’ll do 

 

You’ll have a critical role supporting the Southeast Asia consulting leadership team with the operational management of the practice as well as supporting strategic initiatives.

  • Provide day-to-day operational support to designated business leaders, including sales pipeline management, sales tracking, and opportunity hygiene activities.
  • Oversee daily operational processes such as negative WIP clearing, pipeline updates, timesheet follow-ups, close-to-market reporting, and support for project code creation.
  • Prepare and manage monthly business review reports covering sales performance, WIP/AR updates, landing point analysis, and other key performance indicators.
  • Deliver ad-hoc data analysis and reporting to senior business leaders as required.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams—Revenue Management, Finance, Resource Scheduling, HR, and Client & Industries—to drive operational efficiency and alignment.
  • Support annual budgeting cycles and headcount planning activities.
  • Lead or contribute to special projects and operational improvement initiatives.

Enough about us, let's talk about you

 

You will be successful in this role if you have:

  • A tertiary qualification in accounting, business, finance, or a related discipline.
  • A minimum of 4–5 years of relevant experience in a similar role.
  • Strong proficiency in MS Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Power Automate).
  • Project management experience is advantageous. 
  • Intermediate to advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills for developing reports and presentations
  • Familiarity with creating Macros or an interest in acquiring the skill is preferred.
  • Intermediate proficiency in Outlook for professional communication and meeting coordination.
  • Experience with process automation tools (e.g., Power Automate) is an added advantage.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
