We are looking for a Senior Talent Coordinator to join our EMEA Team on its mission as soon as possible.

What’s on your menu?

• Directly assist the Talent Acquisition Team with a wide range of projects related to coordinating, recruiting, employer branding and new project initiatives 

• Have a track record as a significant individual contributor - comfortable working independently and building strong stakeholder relationships.

• Coordinate a high volume of interviews across multiple regions.

• Working with recruiters and hiring managers, ensure our systems are set up for best practice, ease of use and data accuracy.

• Working with the rest of your team, Talent Operations and Employer Brand, using our recruitment data, help us develop processes and ways of work that optimize our efficiency, quality and productivity.

• 2-4 years of experience within Talent coordination, HR administration or similar

• Strong problem solving, principled and critical thinking skills. 

• Excellent organization and time-management skills to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment

• A passion for delivering exceptional candidate experience

• You take initiative, you’re self-driven and a good team player

• Flexibility and able to quickly adjust and respond to changing requirements

• You are process oriented, detailed and meticulous

• You have excellent English skills - verbal and written proficiency

• Bonus points if you are already familiar with Workday, Smartrecruiters, G-suite and Tableau
