We are on the lookout for a Senior Workday Integrations Specialist to join the People Systems team on our journey to always deliver amazing experiences. 

• Design, build, and maintain Workday integrations and automations using REST, EIB, Core Connectors, PECI, PICOF, Workday Studio, and Orchestrate

• Build and automate end-to-end workflows connecting Workday with Slack, leveraging tools such as n8n or Make to improve operational efficiency and employee experience
  Develop AI-enabled or agent-based automations where applicable, using scripting and orchestration frameworks

• Work on AI / ML–driven use cases (e.g. agents, intelligent workflows, data processing) and, where AI is not applicable, contribute through Workday integrations, workflow automation, and system orchestration

• Provide support to existing Workday integrations, resolve complex integration issues, and recommend technical improvements

• Create and maintain custom Workday reports involving complex calculated fields to support integrations and automation
  Partner with functional consultants to configure, test, and deploy integrations overlapping with business process design

• Ensure HR systems and integrations are documented, compliant, and aligned with HR strategies and local regulatory requirements

• 5+ years of experience in software engineering, scripting, automation, or integrations

• Strong hands-on experience with Python, JavaScript, JSON, REST APIs, and webhooks

• Experience designing and building system-to-system integrations and automation workflows, Slack-based workflows or bots
  Hands-on experience with workflow automation tools such as n8n, Make, or similar platforms

• Exposure to or hands-on experience with AI / ML concepts or tools (e.g. LLMs, agents, AI APIs, orchestration frameworks)

• Experience with Web Services and APIs (REST, SOAP, WSDL, WS standards)

Strong ownership mindset and ability to work across AI-driven initiatives and enterprise integrations based on business priorities
