We are looking for a senior member to join our Billing & Revenue Assurance team, supporting end-to-end billing, invoicing, and vendor settlement processes for Greece and Cyprus.
 The role reports to the Billing & Invoicing Lead and plays a key part in ensuring revenue integrity, accurate vendor payouts, and robust financial controls across a large vendor base.


You will work closely with Finance, Tax, and Finance Systems teams (Delivery Hero Group) and contribute to the design and continuous improvement of scalable billing and revenue processes.


What you’ll do:

 

  • Support end-to-end billing, invoicing, and vendor settlement processes for Greece and Cyprus

 

  • Ensure accuracy and completeness of revenue recognition, vendor payouts, net-off processes, credit notes, and adjustments

 

  • Perform revenue assurance controls and reconciliations, identifying discrepancies, revenue leakage risks, or payout inconsistencies

 

  • Analyze complex billing scenarios (discounts, promotions, cancellations, partial refunds, etc.) and ensure correct financial treatment

 

  • Contribute to the design and enhancement of controls across billing and revenue flows

 

  • Support new revenue stream launches, pricing changes, and business model updates from a billing and revenue integrity perspective

 

  • Work closely with Finance Systems, Product, and Tech teams to investigate issues, test solutions, and support system improvements

 

  • Prepare analyses and documentation for audits, tax reviews, and internal stakeholders

 

  • Handle ad-hoc financial analyses and support cross-functional requests related to billing and revenue
     

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
     

  • 4+  years of experience in revenue assurance, billing operations, finance operations, or a similar role
     

  • Solid understanding of billing logic, revenue recognition principles, settlements, and financial controls
     

  • Experience working with ERP and billing systems (SAP knowledge is a strong plus)
     

  • Advanced MS Excel skills and strong analytical capabilities
     

  • Ability to deep-dive into data while keeping sight of the broader business impact
     

  • Strong communication skills and confidence working with multiple stakeholders
     

  • High sense of ownership, accountability, and attention to detail
     

  • Ability to perform in a fast-paced, evolving environment
     

  • Professional qualification (ACCA / ACA) will be considered an asset
