What you will do:
The Optical Shop Team Leader oversees daily Optical Shop operations while supporting the Optometrist in delivering high-quality, patient-centered eye care. The successful candidate will actively engage with patients by assisting with frame and lens selection, dispensing, adjustments, and education. They will also manage inventory, supervise staff, and monitor sales while ensuring compliance with policies, procedures, and industry standards. The Team Leader plays a key role in advancing DVCH’s mission by providing accessible, compassionate vision care to our patients. This role requires strong customer service, organizational and supervisory skills, bilingual Spanish proficiency along with experience in a retail optical environment. Must be able to present a positive, enthusiastic, and tolerant demeanor while directly working with patients and other staff members.
