Job Description：

1. Direct and supervise team members to carry out tests according to standards;

根据相关标准，指导和监督团队成员执行测试；

2. Do training and coaching to the team members, and do enhancement on the competence and performance of the team member;

培训指导部门员工，提高成员的能力和表现；

3. Administer the team in maintaining efficiency and integrity of services;

管理团队以保持服务的效率及诚信；

4. Coordinate the Lab activities, e.g. resources planning, lab tidiness, equipment souring, etc. and cooperate with other teams to ensure efficient operation of the lab;

协调实验室活动，如资源分配，实验室整洁有序，仪器的采购，并协助其他部门确保实验室运作的高效性；

5. Planning the schedule of testing projects and check the testing outcome;

制定项目计划以及核查项目的成果；

6. Handle customers’ complaints;

处理客户的投诉；

7. Review and approve projects/reports;

审核和审批项目和报告；

8. Monitor and support the whole process of testing and certification;

监控和支持测试和认证的整个流程；

9. Ensure good quality control on projects files.

确保项目文件符合质量控制的要求。

Job Requisition：

1. College degree or above;

大专以上学历；

2. Technical background and know-how, college level or above in Electronic/ Electrical Engineering/ Mechanical/Physics or related subjects;

具备技术知识，持有电子、电气工程、机械/物理等相关专业文凭；

3. At least five years related working experience;

至少五年以上相关工作经验；

4. Integrity, team spirit, customer orientation, entrepreneurship, responsibility for safety.

具备诚信，团队精神，客户导向，创业精神，安全责任素质要求。
