Tasks

You lead the creative development and strategic planning, execution, and continuous optimization of global marketing campaigns across digital channels (e.g. paid media, email, social, display, website, webinar)

You manage and continuously optimize performance marketing activities with a strong focus on lead generation, conversion, and ROI

You develop and coordinate high-quality marketing content and campaign assets in collaboration with internal teams and external agencies

You define, monitor, and interpret campaign KPIs, deriving clear optimization recommendations in close collaboration with analytics and data experts

You steer internal stakeholders and external agencies to ensure consistent, high-quality campaign execution

You develop, document, and scale global campaign frameworks and best practices for regional roll-outs
Qualifications
- 7+ years of professional experience in global digital marketing, performance marketing, or campaign management, ideally in an international environment.
- Proven hands-on experience with paid media platforms (e.g. Google Ads, LinkedIn, Meta) and marketing automation tools (e.g. Salesforce Marketing Cloud).
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data and insights into strategic and operational actions.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to navigate complex initiatives, timelines, and multiple stakeholders in parallel.
- Structured, proactive, and solution-oriented working style with a high degree of ownership.
- Very good English skills; German is a plus.
