DEKRA ricerca un Sales Manager da inserire nella Practice Sustainability, a diretto riporto dell’Head of Practice, con la responsabilità primaria di sviluppare il portafoglio clienti in ambito Business Assurance con l’obiettivo di proporre soluzioni ai clienti esistenti e/o prospect, attraverso l’analisi del mercato, l’individuazione dei bisogni del cliente e la proposizione di soluzioni adeguate, in linea con la strategia aziendale.

La risorsa si occuperà di:

  • Gestire la relazione con i clienti e fungere da punto di riferimento 
  • Evadere le richieste dei clienti e assicurare la loro soddisfazione
  • Costruire rapporti di lunga durata con i clienti, fidelizzandoli all'azienda
  • Sviluppare il fatturato dell’area, anche attraverso la proposizione ai clienti di nuovi servizi
  • Collaborare al raggiungimento degli obiettivi di budget
  • Elaborare la reportistica di area, attraverso l’utilizzo dei sistemi aziendali 
  • Interagire e collaborare con i responsabili operation, al fine di garantire una delivery in linea con le aspettative dei clienti.

Alla risorsa verrà garantita una posizione lavorativa incentivante ed una prospettiva di sviluppo stimolante, all’interno di un ambiente dinamico e multidisciplinare, in cui viene valorizzato e capitalizzato il contributo individuale.

REQUISITI MINIMI

  • Laurea in discipline tecniche, economiche o gestionali
  • Conoscenza approfondita del settore di riferimento (sistemi di gestione, sostenibilità, training, HSE, ispezioni, certificazione delle competenze) 
  • Esperienza di almeno 5 anni in ruoli analoghi (Sales Manager/ Business Developer)
  • Approfondita conoscenza dei Sistemi di Gestione aziendale
  • Inglese fluente scritto e parlato
  • Piena padronanza del Pacchetto Office
  • Abitudine a lavorare per obiettivi
  • Attitudine alla leadership e al team building
  • Doti comunicative, declinate nella creazione di contatti e reti di relazione e di negoziazione

CONTRATTO: subordinato a tempo indeterminato, orario full time (lun - ven).
