3. Develop project management plan and ensure the effective completion of the work plan; 制定项目管理计划并确保工作计划的有效完成
4. Review of test reports; 测试报告的审核
5. Maintain project communication and feedback with customers; 与客户保持项目沟通交流反馈；
6. Other tasks assigned by the supervisor; 主管分配的其他事项；

Qualifications 任职资格
1. Preferred experience in reliability project management; 有可靠性项目管理经验者优先；
2. Bachelor's degree or higher, majoring in computer science, electrical engineering, automation, or related fields in electronics/electrical disciplines; 本科及以上学历，计算机、电气工程、自动化或电子信息相关电学专业
3. Have experience in operating basic measurement tools such as multimeters and oscilloscopes；有万用表、示波器等基本测量工具操作经验；
4. Have basic knowledge of serial ports, network ports, CAN communication, and conventional circuits；有基本的串口，网口，CAN通讯及常规电路知识
5. Have achieved a score of at least 4 in the College English Test Band 4, possess English reading and writing skills, and be able to understand relevant English testing standards and methods；大学英语四级，具备英语读写能力，能够理解相关英语测试标准及测试方法
6. Those with experience using CANoe or INCA are preferred；有CANoe或INCA使用经验者优先
7. Familiar with reliability test specifications, test process and test techniques; 熟悉掌握可靠性测试规范，熟悉测试流程及测试手法；
8. Familiar with the capability specifications of test equipment in the reliability field；熟悉可靠性领域测试设备能力规格
9. Have good professional quality, cross-departmental communication and coordination ability, team spirit, strong independent thinking and learning ability, and can work closely with the team and other relevant departments.
