About this role
Aufgaben
- Sie sind für die Überwachung eines umfangreichen Fahrzeugbestandes für verschiedene Kunden zuständig
- Die Nachverfolgung fehlender Bearbeitungsschritte und Abstimmung mit den Fachabteilungen gehören ebenso zu Ihren Aufgaben sowie die Meldung von Bearbeitungsrückständen an die verantwortlichen Führungskräfte
- Darüber hinaus stimmen Sie sich mit Daten-Analysten ab, um Anpassungen und Optimierungen von Reports vorzunehmen
- Des Weiteren testen Sie Änderungen der Reports und stellen die Datenqualität sicher
- Zudem erstellen Sie eigene Ad-Hoc Reports für spezielle Flotten außerhalb der Standard-Systeme
Qualifikationen
- Kaufmännische Ausbildung oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Quereinsteiger mit hoher Prozess- und Analyseaffinität sind ebenfalls willkommen
- Berufserfahrung von Vorteil
- Schnelle Auffassungsgabe für komplexe Prozesse
- Gute Kenntnisse in Excel (Pivot, Formeln, Datenanalyse), Power BI wünschenswert
- Hohe Eigenmotivation zur Lösung von Anomalien
- Strukturierte und selbstständige Arbeitsweise
- Kommunikationsstärke, Teamfähigkeit und Durchsetzungsvermögen
- Hohe Serviceorientierung und Genauigkeit
