Preparation and follow-up of quotation based on services and prices predefined by account manager ; 协助销售团队跟进报价;
·        Monitor project status to make sure smooth delivery of all services.
监控项目状态,确保各种服务的顺利交付
Follow predefined internal process (create offers, open jobs, send reports etc…)
·        Prepare invoices and follow-up payment collection ;协助销售团队收取货款;
·        Coordination among related laboratories, customers, suppliers and account managers;协调多方,包括客户、客户经理、.实验室;
·        Undertake any other duties assigned.履行分配的其他任务。


Qualification任职资格
Minimum one year related working experience is preferred.至少一年相关经验。
Bachelor or above Degree holder, Engineering major preferred 大专或本科学历,工科专业优先
Good in Mandarin and English.良好的普通话及英语表达        
Pleasant personality and good communication skills;积极开朗,善于沟通;
Detail-oriented with strong sense of quality.注重质量和细节;
Integrity, team spirit, customer orientation, entrepreneurship, responsibility for safety诚信,团队精神,客户导向,企业家精神,安全责任意识
