Nell’ambito dei progetti consulenziali riguardanti il Network Development - Dealer Performance all’interno della divisione Advisory, la risorsa acquisirà le competenze per gestire attività di back office, finalizzate all’implementazione dei processi ed al monitoraggio di progetti strategici volti al miglioramento delle performance dei dealer, appartenenti al network di azienda leader nel settore Automotive, seguendo procedure interne e best practices.
La risorsa, inserita all’interno di un team, riporterà al Tutor Aziendale responsabile del progetto e riceverà costante formazione sulle seguenti attività:
- Analisi delle performance
- Reporting interno
- Supporto nell’implementazione di progetti
- Predisposizione delle presentazioni di analisi risultati
La risorsa, da inserire in un contesto denso di obiettivi ambiziosi, con reali possibilità di crescita all’interno e sviluppo trasversale, coopererà costruttivamente al raggiungimento del miglior risultato del progetto attivandosi proattivamente anche per la diffusione ed il rispetto dei valori aziendali.
REQUISITI MINIMI
- Laurea in Economia
- Passione per il settore Automotive
- Conoscenza del Pacchetto Office, in particolare Excel e PowerPoint (livello avanzato)
- Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese (livello B2)
- Capacità di analisi ed interpretazione dati
- Precisione ed affidabilità
- Orientamento ai risultati
- Team Working

What you'll do
- The trainee will acquire skills to manage back office activities focused on implementing processes and monitoring strategic projects aimed at improving the performance of dealers within a leading automotive network. Responsibilities include performance analysis, internal reporting, project implementation support, and preparing results presentations.
