About this role
Ausbildungsbeginn: September 2026 | Der Berufsschulunterricht findet im Blockunterricht statt.
Aufgaben
- Du lernst neben deiner gewählten Schwerpunkte unterschiedliche kaufmännische Funktionen und interne Prozesse kennen (z. B. Empfang, Sekretariat, Disposition)
- Du unterstützt organisatorische und verwaltende Aufgaben, wie etwa Terminvereinbarungen oder die Beschaffung von Büromaterialien
- Als kompetente Ansprechperson bearbeitest du den internen und externen Schriftverkehr von Mitarbeitenden sowie Kundinnen und Kunden
- Du planst die Einsätze unserer Prüfingenieurinnen und Prüfingenieure sowie Sachverständigen
- Du bereitest selbstständig interne Besprechungen vor und unterstützt uns tatkräftig bei der Planung von Veranstaltungen

Qualifikationen
- Mittlere Reife, (Fach-)Abitur oder vergleichbarer Bildungsabschluss
- Gute Noten in den Fächern Deutsch, Mathematik, Wirtschafts- / Gemeinschafts- und Sozialkunde
- Interesse an kaufmännischen Tätigkeiten
- Ausgeprägte Serviceorientierung in Verbindung mit guter mündlicher und schriftlicher Ausdrucksfähigkeit
- Zuverlässiger und sorgfältiger Arbeitsstil
- Freude am praktischen und selbstständigen Arbeiten
