Aufgaben
- Du wirst eingearbeitet in unterschiedliche kaufmännische Funktionen und Aufgabenbereiche, unter anderem Assistenz, Buchhaltung, Finanzcontrolling, Personal, Marketing & Vertrieb, etc.
- Du lernst den professionellen Umgang mit gängigen MS-Office-Produkten (Word, Excel, Power-Point) und dem erstellen von Korrespondenzen und Präsentationen
- Auch das Termin- und Reisemanagement sowie die Zeiterfassung sind spannende Aufgabenfelder, die Dich erwarten
Qualifikationen
- Erfolgreich abgeschlossener mittlerer Schulabschluss oder höher
- Gutes sprachliches Ausdrucksvermögen Freude an kaufmännisch- und verwaltenden Tätigkeiten sowie Spaß an Planung und Organisation
- Teamgeist, Flexibilität und Zuverlässigkeit
- Eigeninitiative und hohes persönliches Engagement

What you'll do
- The role involves training in various commercial functions and tasks, including assistance, accounting, financial controlling, personnel, marketing, and sales. Trainees will learn professional handling of common MS-Office products and tasks like appointment and travel management, as well as time recording.
