Lawn Specialties is seeking a motivated and dependable Lawn Technician who brings a positive attitude and a strong commitment to customer service. In this role, technicians work with both residential and commercial clients to provide timely lawn and tree care services. Responsibilities include applying treatments, addressing customer questions and concerns through service calls and other communication channels, and supporting company growth by recommending and upselling services to new and existing customers.
Lawn Technicians are also expected to clearly communicate product and service information, troubleshoot technical issues as they arise, and maintain accurate daily documentation. This includes completing production reports, new sales forms, customer invoices, and vehicle inspection reports.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
EDUCATION:
A High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
EXPERIENCE:
Willing to train the right candidate who may not yet have all the necessary skills!
