Responsibilities
- Take in-bound/out-bound business calls to customers and branch sales; to execute treasury product transactions; to give market updates to sales and customers
- Conduct Treasury products sales activity with the adherence of external regulatory requirements and internal guidelines e.g. the internal refined sales process guideline and to adopt a prudent approach on acquiring branch referrals
- Achieve assigned sales target on treasury products and work with branches to deliver quality sales and services
- Work with the TS team to deliver the pre-set business objectives and revenue targets
- Assist team lead to drive/support TSP business of their respective branches
- Support branches by providing superior service to customers in accordance with the Bank’s required service standards.
- Provide regular and timely feedback to product taskforce team on customer acceptability on new treasury products & services
Requirements
- Degree holder in Finance, Economics, Business Administration or related discipline
- Minimum 3 years of relevant sales experiencein FX, premium & equity-linked depositproducts in bank or financial institution
- Qualified individual to carry out regulated activities under SFO
- Self-motivated and determined in delivering outstanding sales results
- Customer focused with effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Good command of bothspoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)
