About this role
职位目标
- 借助行内各种渠道,进行新客户开发,参与行内外组织的客户推介活动,积累客户资源。
- 为支行或分行营业部新客户提供客户开户服务和维护,日常咨询方面的需求,增加客户在我行的资产占比,以达到银行预期的业务和服务目标。
- 发展成为银行的丰盛理财经理储备人才。
主要职责
- 渠道开发和拓展合格丰盛理财客户
1) 开拓挖掘新客户获取渠道（如战略合作伙伴，客户推荐，行内活动等），为我行新增合格丰盛理财客户。
2) 维护和优化现有渠道质量，主动探索深化与渠道合作伙伴关系，在拓展新客工作中实现高效协同。
3) 负责新客户开发的全流程：对潜在客户进行定向触达和资质筛选，为新客户开立账户，完成申请和相关文档。
4) 达成银行下达的各项销售任务，达到销售目标，为团队整体增长指标做出贡献。
- 协作式客户关系管理
1) 与客户经理紧密合作，与潜在客户积极互动，主动收集客户洞察（如风险偏好，财务目标等），确保客户交接顺畅和持续支持。
2) 向客户引介我行全球财富管理解决方案，突出贴合其财务目标的价值主张。
3) 主动处理和跟进客户的要求和查询，按照银行服务标准提供及时有效的解决方案，维持良好的客户满意度和留存率。
- 审计和合规控制
1) 遵守银行的政策、标准、操作准则/规程、安保及内部控制和合规措施，尤其是分支机构当地的操作规程。
2) 遵守由当地监管机构做出的规则和规定，尤其是那些适用于销售过程的规则和规定。

- 丰盛理财客户拓展经理向丰盛理财客户拓展主管汇报，并需负责达到和超越本行所分配之各项销售指标。
教育背景和相关工作经验要求
教育经历
- 拥有正规学历，商务或财务相关专业优先考虑。
- 对外资银行工作抱有热忱。
工作经验
有相关销售经验和客户开发经验者优先。
专业技能要求
- 技术知识: 具备主动高效的客户沟通技巧，擅长通过专业化，场景化沟通话术。
- 多重任务: 能够驾驭多个优先事务，保持敏锐的关注和精力水平，管理时间，以获得积极的成果。
