About The Programme
Our 12-months graduate programme is designed to nurture our next generation of leaders. The programme is rigorous and curated based on the principles of our DBS Triple E framework for growth and development.
Experience: On-the-job experience to take on challenging and impactful projects. May include rotations within unit (eg for Technology, Data and Operations) or direct to role (eg Institutional Banking Group, Consumer Banking Group, Global Transaction Services and Group Finance)
Education: Structured training to develop your professional skills including banking fundamentals and soft skills training
Exposure: Opportunities for exposure provided with mentorship from our senior leaders and connect with other individuals with a shared passion for banking and technology in your cohort. The Taiwan Management Associate Programme will offer opportunities in the following tracks:
- Consumer Banking Group (CBG)
- Institutional Banking Group (IBG)
- Global Transaction Services (GTS)
- Group Operations
- Group Finance

Who are we looking for
- You have a distinguished record of leadership, demonstrated commitment to uphold values and drive to make an impact for others.
- Additionally, you should possess and/or demonstrate
- A Bachelor or Master's degree from a recognized university in any discipline
- Less than two years of working experience
- Passionate about banking and technology
- A great communicator with people across all levels
- Agile and driven to thrive in a global and dynamic business environment
