At Hard Rock Hotel Malta, fitness and wellness are part of the lifestyle. From gym operations and classes to healthy refreshment offerings, the Gym & Wellness team supports guests in staying active, balanced, and energised throughout their stay.
We are currently recruiting Gym Team Members to support daily operations across the hotel’s fitness and wellness facilities.
This vacancy includes opportunities for the following Gym roles:
- Group Fitness Instructor
- Gym Class Coordinator
- Gym Instructor
- Gym Receptionist
- Gym Supervisor
- Health Bartender
Role assignment will be based on qualifications, experience, and operational requirements.
What we’re looking for:
- Relevant qualifications or certifications for the role applied for
- Previous experience in a gym, fitness, wellness, or hospitality environment (preferred)
- A professional, guest-focused approach
- Strong communication skills and a positive attitude
- Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays
