As Assistant Executive Housekeeper, you will play a key leadership role in maintaining the look, feel, and operational excellence of the hotel, supporting the Executive Housekeeper in driving performance across all housekeeping and public area operations.
This role requires a hands-on leader who sets expectations clearly, supports teams on the floor, and ensures brand standards are delivered every day.
Key responsibilities:
- Support the Executive Housekeeper in overseeing daily housekeeping and public area operations
- Ensure cleanliness, presentation, and service standards are consistently met across the hotel
- Supervise, train, and motivate housekeeping and public area teams
- Monitor staffing levels, schedules, and operational priorities
- Conduct regular inspections and address quality issues promptly
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards
What we’re looking for:
- Previous experience in a supervisory or assistant management role within hotel housekeeping
- Strong knowledge of housekeeping operations and quality control processes
- A hands-on leadership style with a strong sense of ownership
- Good organisational skills and attention to detail
- The ability to lead by example in a fast-paced environment
