Key Responsibilities:
To assist Site Director in planning, preparation of conceptual design, programme, and technical specification for Data Centre construction projects.
To provide holistic technical review throughout various contract execution stages from detailed design, construction, testing and commissioning to completion of works.
To support the daily construction and supervision works in planning, preparation of client brief, user requirements, programme and technical specification for Data Centre construction projects.
To provide site supervision closely monitoring the site progress for installation and T&C to make sure the installation in line with technical specification in good quality and timely manner.
To prepare timely report and presentation document for project planning, progress, milestone schedule, key impacts to project execution, critical process for review by site director or senior management.
To assist in safety and quality controls inspection at construction sites, testing and commissioning and monitoring project progress.
Requirements
Good command of Finnish and English languages, both spoken and written.
Systematic approach and strong interpersonal skills.
Expertise and experience in schedule management.
Degree in electrical/mechanical/BS engineering or construction management
Minimum 3 years of working experience on technically demanding construction project management, and site supervision would be an advantage.
Technically knowledge or equivalent experience in MEP, in particular UPS, Generators, Static Switches, Transformers, HVSB, LVSB, etc would be an advantage.
Experiences in design or project management in Data Centre facilities will be a strong advantage.
