What You’ll Do
- Manage and strengthen university and early‑career partnerships
- Deliver internship and graduate hiring programs end‑to‑end
- Plan and attend campus events, career fairs, and recruitment activities
- Support employer branding efforts targeted at students and graduates
- Partner with internal stakeholders to deliver hiring goals
- Track progress and share recruitment insights
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in campus recruitment or early careers hiring
- A track record of delivering internship and/or graduate programs
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Comfortable representing the organisation at campus events
- Organised, data‑aware, and proactive
- Open to travel during key recruitment periods
